
In my middle school I started to practice it because we need to do it when we zhong kao, so I practice it for a long time. At first I really hate it, I thought it was a boring and useless activity but soon I change my mind.. On the PE class when teacher asked us to do the sit-ups I could do it much better than other girls, I felt very happy. Then I found I started to like this kind of activity. After zhong kao we don’t have to do it any more but I still keep doing it. I keep doing it for two years and I found my loins became thinner. So I think it is really a healthy sport for everyone.
Besides sit-ups I also like rope skipping. This is an exercise very popular in China. I can still remember I learned it in the kindergarten. I keep doing it in my whole primary time so I didn’t practice it a lot in my middle school. I can do it very well, I always do the most in my middle school. I don’t like jogging so if I want to do some exercise in my spare time I always do rope skipping. It is a kind of aerobics so this activity is very health for our body. It can also make me taller and thinner.
I like dancing a lot. I learned how to dance since 5 years old. I really like dance because I think it is very interesting and dancers are always very beautiful on the stage. During the time I learned dance I learned a lot besides dance. I learned what is insists; what is never give up; and what is team work. Although I hurt myself (once I even made my arm broken when I tried to do a difficult act); felt very tired and hopeless when I learned dance but luckily I have done it. I have known a lot of new friends during I learned dance. Dance has already become a way of communicate for me. Now I am a member of dancing club I danced in many public meetings such as art festival and so on. I really love dancing.
I don’t like riding a bicycle. Like all the others it is very hard for me to learn how to ride bike. I fall down from the bike ; rushed on to the wall ; broke the bike when I learned it. After I learned how to ride a bike I was so excited. I go out with my classmates and friends by bike at the weekends. But ride to school is terrible for me, my schoolbag is too heavy, when I ride a bike, I felt very tired, but I have no choice, I must say that ride a bike can make my life become easier.
