The Taming of the Shrew

On December 19th, after school, I didn’t go home. I had dinner with my classmates. That was because GCA’s Grammar Club would have a grammar performance. The grammar was called The Taming of the Shrew, it was writen by Shakspear. All of us were very looked forward to it.
At about 7 pm. the grammar began. The students in Grade 12, Cherry and Fan are the main roles. Their acts were very lively. Sometimes they made us laugh, sometimes they made us felt sad. All the spectators watched carefully and nobody felt bored about it.
My friends and I went to the backstage to see the actors. When we went there, Cherry was dressing up. She was so beautiful, she wore a long, white dress like a princess. I was envious of her, not only because she was dressed up beautiful, but also she could act in front of so many people. She was a brave girl. She was my idol now.
In my thought Fan was a kind of withdrawn, but after that grammar I changed my mind. He was completely engrossed in the performance. I was too happy to watch such a wonderful grammar performance.
All the actors took a long time to remember their monologue and acted very lively. I was proud of the members of GCA’s Grammar Club.
